Interactive on-line Support
This feature allows the support desk to connect into your computer for the purpose of diagnosing product issues you may be experiencing and helping you with EM Track-III in general. Communication using Skype is also available.
Cross Loop is the product in use for this purpose. It requires an active Internet connection on your side and the Cross Loop client installed. To activate the support feature on your side click on the "Share Screen" button below, or, if present, the "Chat with me" button, if present.

If this is the first time you request on-line support you will automatically be directed to download and install the Cross loop client software.

In the field "First" enter your full name (first and last). In the field "Last" enter your Company name. This helps us on the support end to identify you easier, as opposed to just by name.
On the drop-down you can select for how long you will leave your computer accessible to support. 1 hour is the default and in most cases is enough time. Other durations are available by clicking the down arrow.
Next click on the "Start" button which begins the download and installation process of the Cross Loop client software.
On subsequent requests, after the product is already present on your computer, you will see the following screen:
If there is not enough support time left as displayed you may change it by pressing the "Change Access Time Button". You may also remove support access altogether by pressing the "Remove Access" button.
In any case, once you have activated support there is nothing else for you to do. The support desk is looking for your share screen request and will take over from there.
